The Zeke
My signature chocolate chip cookie, named for a loyal companion who traveled the world with me during the first 13 years of my naval career.
The Wanderlust Brownie
Thick, rich, and perfectly fudgy, they are handcrafted to turn any moment into a celebration. Why settle for generic when you can experience artisanal quality made right here in your backyard?
Also comes as The Southern Comfort which is made with pecans and a Midnight in Italy which is made with espresso and sea salt.
The North Star
Inspired by the bakeries of Stockholm. A tribute to the birthplace of the cinnamon roll. I’ve taken the traditional Swedish foundation and elevated it with my signature: a velvet frosting of mascarpone and maple. It is the guiding light of my menu-timeless, buttery, and refined. The #2 most ordered item!
Also comes as The London Fog,Banana Bread, and Red Velvet.
The Spiced Wanderer
Inspired by the vibrant spice souks of the Middle East, take a trip with my elevated take on a childhood classic (Snickerdoodle). I've swapped standard butter for a richer butter and added a hint of fresh citrus. Each cookie is finished with a warm, aromatic dusting of Middle Eastern spices- a spice blend traditionally used to welcome guests and travelers. It's a complex, not-too-sweet treat that's big, soft, and beautifully spiced. The #1 most ordered item!
Cakes & Cupcakes
Gilded Cranberry & Brown Butter Gateau
A decadent, velvet-crumbed cake featuring the nutty depth of hand-toasted brown butter and the aromatic warmth of freshly ground cardamom. Bursting with tart, vine-ripened cranberries and bright Valencia orange zest, finished with a delicate Grand Marnier syrup soak and a silky Swiss merengue buttercream.
The cake featured is a 3-layer 6” cake that serves 10-12 people.
The Charlotte
Oreo Cupcakes with a vanilla filling and caramel drizzle. The cupcake was inspired by my dog Charlotte (who was aptly named after the city my husband and I's relationship first blossomed...corny, I know). But these are so delicious!
Almond Raspberry Cake
Fresh berries, whipped mascarpone, and a critic-approved crumb. This cake features light almond layers and bright raspberry filling. It’s the definition of a "perfect dessert"—refined, delicious, and light enough for a second slice.
The cake featured is a 3-layer 6” cake that serves 10-12 people.
London Fog Cupcakes
From the tea kettle to the oven.
My London Fog cupcakes are a tribute to the tea culture I fell in love with while traveling throughout Europe.
Light, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. The ultimate treat for tea lovers and cake enthusiasts alike.
Triple Coconut Torte
A trip to the tropics with this one. This is a moist coconut layer cake with coconut pastry cream in between the layers, frosted with a coconut swiss meringue buttercream, and decorated with toasted coconut flakes. So...should this be a quadruple coconut
cake?? Either way, it's delicious and if you love coconut!
The cake featured is a 3-layer 8” cake that serves 18-20 people.
Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes
The Ultimate Summer Classic, Reimagined. Experience the nostalgic flavors of a traditional strawberry shortcake in a sophisticated, handheld treat. My moist, Madagascar vanilla bean sponge is cored and filled with a bright, homemade strawberry compote.
Each cupcake is piled high with a velvety strawberry-infused buttercream, then finished with a buttery shortbread crumble and a hand-sliced fresh strawberry. It’s light, airy, and perfectly balanced—never too sweet.
Burnt Sugar Cake
This isn't just a dessert; it's a labor of love with deep roots in Black American culinary history.
It's smoky, sweet, and carries the weight of generations who turned simple ingredients into something extraordinary.
The cake featured is a 3-layer 8” cake that serves 18-20 people.

About Your Baker
Nice to Meet You!
For years, my kitchen has been my sanctuary. What started as baking treats for family gatherings eventually turned into a steady stream of "You really should do something with this!" Well, after a lot of flour and even more encouragement, here I am.
The Story Behind the Name
Wandering Whisk isn’t just a catchy name; it’s a reflection of the path that brought me here. I grew up as a Navy brat, moving from place to place following my father’s career. That lifestyle of constant motion was all I knew, and it eventually led me to follow in his footsteps into the service.
My own career in the U.S. Navy was the true beginning of my global travels. It opened me up to a world I likely never would have experienced otherwise, turning that childhood habit of "wandering" into a deep-seated love for international culture and, most importantly, food.
Inspired by the World, Baked at Home
When I travel, I don’t just look for sights—I look for the most authentic flavors I can find. There is something special about a country’s traditional delicatessens that a standard souvenir just can’t capture. I often found myself wishing I could pack up a local pastry or a specific spice profile to bring home for my family to experience.
Since I couldn't bring the food back, I decided to bring the flavors back. My bakes are a tribute to those travels, incorporating the authentic tastes and techniques I’ve discovered across the globe into every batch.
From High Stress to High Rise
It’s no secret: Navy life is stressful. To find my balance, I turned to the oven. Baking has always been my ultimate stress relief—a way to decompress and create something beautiful (and delicious) after a long day. Suffice it to say, between my naval career and my passion for pastry, I’ve got a lot of bakes under my belt!
Let’s Share a Slice
I truly love the art of baking, and nothing makes the "work" more rewarding than seeing someone enjoy the finished product. To this day, my retired-Navy dad remains one of my most loyal (and honest!) taste-testers, and I’d love to bring that same level of care to your table.
I would be honored to whisk up something special for you and share a little piece of my wandering journey.
